Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate and drive semiconductor programs, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

You'll assist the Lead/Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing programs, maintain schedules and budgets, and collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams. On-site work at Changi North Crescent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project/program coordination in semiconductor or precision engineering manufacturing or a related technical environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficient with multi-level BOM structure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive semiconductor programs, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Assist the Lead/Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution partnership development.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
• Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
• Create and update both internal MRP system with demand orders, and perform order collaboration in Customer's Supplier Portal.
