Based in the East, you will evaluate new business opportunities and align them with the company’s capabilities and strategic goals, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electronics or manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Experience in semiconductor process equipment manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with new and existing customers to drive sustainable growth.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets for assigned Strategic Business Units.
• Evaluate new business opportunities and project requirements to align with company objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members with clear strategies and processes.
• Lead RFQ process, sales order fulfilment, engineering change control, cost reduction initiatives, and on-time delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
