Job summary

You will work closely with QA and other departments to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and prepare production reports while maintaining a safe, productive workplace and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• Experience in production/manufacturing supervision.
• Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Good decision-making and quality management skills.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily targets.
• Supervise and deploy operators/technicians effectively.
• Monitor production quality, productivity and downtime.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate with QA and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Monitor materials usage and minimise wastage.
• Prepare production and performance reports.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
