Job summary

CT HR Consultants Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Production Supervisor at our manufacturing client in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

The role oversees weekly and monthly production and manpower scheduling, ensuring GMP-compliant processes and quality control. The incumbent will implement SOPs, monitor process deviations, and contribute to process improvements and capacity planning. A Diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience are required, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and co-ordinate weekly/monthly production and manpower schedules.
• Set and implement SOPs in line with cGMP to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.
• Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process and change in process.
• Set and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.
• Prepare and implement work improvement program.
• Any other tasks assigned by Superior.
