Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is partnering with a German MNC in the semiconductor sector, located in Singapore, to recruit a shift supervisor.

You will lead a line of leaders and operators to hit daily output, quality and yield targets while upholding safety standards. You will coach and train leaders and operators, manage manpower and consumables, and coordinate with other departments on projects and preventive maintenance in the fab.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in a high-tech environment.
• Ability to conduct effective shift handovers and training.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and elevate line issues if any.
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed.
• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance.
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors.
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line.
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab.
