Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a committed Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of Engineering Assistants in delivering safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing for gas and chemical delivery systems.

You will drive daily production, manage manpower and performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, delivery and productivity goals. The role requires 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, including weekends, with a focus on coaching and continual

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading a team of 20–30 employees.
• Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, including weekends.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and accountability.
• Proficient reading of technical drawings, specs and docs.
• Proficient with MS Office; willing to learn Agile and Oracle; data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Engineering Assistants to achieve daily targets.
• Drive production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity objectives.
• Plan manpower according to production schedules and workload.
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions to minimise disruption.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and accountability.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and escalation of issues.
• Prioritise activities based on product introduction and material availability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering and other functions to resolve issues.
• Support manpower, overtime and resource planning for production.
• Promote continuous improvement and data-driven reporting.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the manager.
