Job summary

ADVANCED RECYCLING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable production supervisor to lead a team of production operators, ensure daily output targets, quality, and efficiency, and plan manpower according to needs.

You will monitor KPIs, foster safety and compliance with ISO standards, coordinate with planning, engineering and quality teams, and participate in continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve line performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle manpower deployment and resolve daily operational issues.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production operators to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on production needs and operator availability.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on production KPIs, yield rates, and line performance.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, including manpower challenges and workflow bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and quality departments for smooth operations.
• Train and develop team members to improve skillsets and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
