• Experience coordinating with procurement, logistics and engineering.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the production team and foster a productive work environment.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet deadlines.
• Oversee production workers and ensure adherence to procedures and targets.
• Coordinate schedules across departments to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with procurement.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare production reports and communicate performance metrics to management.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
