Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily shopfloor operations, coordinating assembly and testing to achieve on-time delivery and high quality. You will collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements, while mentoring Production Leads and teams in a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and adherence to safety protocols to meet production, quality, and delivery

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and oversee daily assembly and testing to hit output deadlines and quality standards.
Work with Engineering to troubleshoot daily production issues, review initial builds (FA), and streamline assembly workflows.
Train, guide, and support team members and Production Leads to foster skill development and high performance.
Enforce safety protocols, inspect shop floor areas, and report equipment maintenance needs promptly.
Coordinate material needs with supply chain teams, maintain operational records, and perform other duties as assigned by your Superior/Manager
