Job summary

ADVANCED RECYCLING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable production supervisor to lead a team of production operators, ensure daily output targets, quality, and efficiency, and plan manpower according to needs.

You will monitor KPIs, foster safety and compliance with ISO standards, coordinate with planning, engineering and quality teams, and participate in continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve line performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle manpower deployment and resolve daily operational issues.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
