Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Process Technician with 0–3 years in semiconductor processing, including thin film, etching, and SEM analysis. The role is based in Buona Vista with a 1-year renewable contract and standard 9am–6pm hours.

The candidate will troubleshoot process and equipment issues, handle wafers, run reactors, perform SEM analysis, and maintain records. Cleanroom experience is required; degree/diploma in engineering or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Able to work in Cleanroom Environment.
• 0-3 years of semiconductor or relevant lab experience.
• Basic knowledge of SEM, thin film, and etching processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues through data analysis
• Prepare and handle wafers, including cleaning and experiment setup
• Load wafers, prepares reactor for experimentation and cleans reactors
• Operate reactors for thin film deposition and etching processes
• Perform SEM analysis (cross-section, CD, EDS) and sample preparation
• Record process data and evaluate wafer/thin film quality
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and basic system alignment
