Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Process Technician with 2-3 years of semiconductor processing experience, specializing in thin film, etching, and SEM analysis.

The role involves handling wafers, operating reactors, and performing data-driven troubleshooting. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract, with competitive salary commensurate with experience and located in Buona Vista.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of semiconductor or lab experience.
• Basic knowledge of SEM, thin film, and etching processes.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues through data analysis.
• Prepare and handle wafers, including cleaning and experiment setup.
• Operate reactors for thin film deposition and etching processes.
• Perform SEM analysis (cross-section, CD, EDS) and sample preparation.
• Record process data and evaluate wafer/thin film quality.
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and basic system alignment.
