Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a lab-based professional to assist engineers in planning and executing experiments involving ALD/CVD, post-processing, and related process development, ensuring data collection and reporting within safety guidelines. You will perform material characterization using SEM, EDX, Raman, PL, and ellipsometry to assess film quality and uniformity, and support day-to-day operation of process tools and lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in planning and executing experiments (e.g., ALD/CVD, post-processing).
• Prepare substrates, precursors, and consumables; support day-to-day operation of process tools and lab equipment.
• Generate clear internal documentation including run logs, SOPs, and summaries for technical reviews.
