Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure quality and cost objectives, and align daily activity with business goals. The role requires planning, budgeting, and developing staff while driving continuous improvement across shifts.

You will prioritize schedules, manage resources, and maintain strong communication within the team, with emphasis on GMP compliance and data-driven reporting using Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotics/Smart Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new software.
• GMP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Self-motivated with timeline-driven mindset.
• Willing to work night/day shifts as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and implementation of production activities to meet goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
• Make budgetary recommendations and control capital expenditures and labor.
• Develop schedule and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
