ACExcellent Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an Applications Engineer to support advanced FDC solutions in a semiconductor context. The role involves deploying and upgrading software on diverse fabrication equipment, crafting recipes, and performing data analysis on sensor data for FDC.

You will train customers, troubleshoot, and identify new value areas, while serving as a Site Lead and representing the software capabilities to potential buyers.

Qualifikationen

• Sound knowledge of Semiconductor processes and OEM Tools.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to various field situations.
• Build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills.
• Software/operations delivery & organisation change management.
• Able to coach other Applications Engineers.
• Stakeholder management with internal & external teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with C++ is an advantage but not a must.
• Confident to present & deliver information to groups.
• Ownership with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage stress and remain composed.
• Must be available to provide immediate remote or on-site support for urgent cases.
• Comfortable to wear full cleanroom suit when required.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate, deploy, support & upgrade the company's software on semiconductor process equipment.
• Create the company's software recipes and data analysis of tool-based sensors for FDC.
• Provide oral and written feedback on applications work including troubleshooting and installation procedures.
• Identify new process areas where the existing software can add value to customers.
• Provide extensive training to customers' process owners on the FDC system for monitoring and troubleshooting processes.
• Convey the capabilities of the software to potential customers.
• Serve as the Site Lead for clients.
• Support other offerings of software provided by the company.
