Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Account Manager (Semiconductor Equipment) in Kaki Bukit. This permanent role offers a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30–17:00) with a basic salary up to SGD 6,000 and 14 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 21.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of relevant sales, account management or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, engineering products or manufacturing sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and respond promptly to sales enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and develop new sales opportunities.
• Visit existing customers regularly to strengthen account engagement.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer creditworthiness and support payment follow-up.
• Gather market trends, customer feedback and competitor information.
• Handle sales administration and maintain accurate records.
• Promote company equipment and solutions with support from Headquarters.
• Liaise with customers on order status, delivery updates and project coordination.
• Work with Japan-based sales support and technical teams on RFQs, quotations and proposals.
• Support the Head of Sales in achieving annual sales targets.
