Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Semiconductor NPI Engineer to drive new product introductions from engineering to high-volume manufacturing.

You will review designs for manufacturability and ensure robust production readiness. Maintain and qualify materials, tools, equipment, and processes; support Pre-assembly, Recon, RDL, and Backend; troubleshot process and yield issues; apply DOE/JMP and SPC for optimization; and contribute to cost reduction and smooth product

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Ideally 6+ years of semiconductor NPI experience.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging/process engineering.
• Knowledge of DOE, JMP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
• Good troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.
• Good communication and ability to work independently

Main purpose:

Support new semiconductor products from engineering stage to mass production . Make sure the products achieve good quality, yield, and productivity . Be the technical expert for assigned semicon wafer and assembly processes.
