Job summary

SKYWORKS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an NPI/Process Integration Engineer to drive the introduction, prototyping, qualification, and launch of RF filter products.

You will run DOE, EVTs, Corner tests, and coordinate TRB meetings to release new designs, collaborating with development and process engineering on technology interactions. Experience in semiconductors or electronics and knowledge of FMEA and SPC are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related sciences.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in semiconductor/electronics.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Statistical process control, and 7 QC tools.
• Strong problem solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others.
• Programming, macro, and scripting knowledge are desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) including prototyping, qualification, and launch of RF filter products.
• Conduct Engineering Sample, DOE, Prototype, EVT, Corner, and Clean launch lots.
• Plan and run TRB meetings to release new products.
• Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies for product design.
• Improve process integration and yield by running DOE and corner-margin analyses.
• Ensure prototyping CpK and defectivity meet targets.
• Achieve NPI KPI on-time delivery by meeting yield, quality and cycle time targets.

Job Responsibilities

• New product introduction (NPI), Prototyping, Qualification, and Launch of RF filter products.
• Conduct Engineering Sample, DOE, Prototype, EVT, Corner, and Clean launch lots.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct technical review board (TRB) meetings to release the new products.
• Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies interaction with new product design
• Process Integration and Parametric Yield improvement by running DOE and corner margin lots
• Ensuring prototyping inline CpK and defectivity meeting the target
• Achieve NPI department KPI's on-time delivery by meeting Product Yield, Quality and Cycle Time Target

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry (is desirable).
• Process semiconductor experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, bonding, backgrinding, and dicing.
• Deep understanding of either semiconductors and/or RF acoustic devices.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Statistical process control, and 7 QC tools.
• Strong problem solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others
• Programming, macro, and scripting creation (is desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile
• A proven track record as a team player on an engineering team, preferably with experience functioning effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
