Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a driven SEM Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including ad copy, bids, CPC, CPA, and keyword research across markets.

You will create performance reports with actionable recommendations, track budgets, and implement new automation tech to boost SEM results while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates encouraged.

Strong English communication and comfort with multiple systems are required, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Comfortable working with computers and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
• To help create and implementation of campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.
• Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
