Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, seeks a driven SEM professional to optimize campaigns, craft keyword strategies, and deliver data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with creative teams and deploy automation to boost performance across digital marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have 0–2 years related experience or fresh graduates, and possess strong communication skills with a passion for online marketing. Growth and coaching are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 years of related field experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Passion for sales and online marketing.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English and language of supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertisement campaign components including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, CPC, and Keywords.
• Help create and implement campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Track funds in account and maintain conversation.
• Assist with new technologies automation to enhance SEM efforts.
