Job summary

TDCX Singapore-headquartered, a leading global BPO, is seeking a candidate to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels. The role focuses on improving Ad Copy, bids, CPC, CPA, keyword research and campaign strategies to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, up to two years of experience or fresh graduates, strong written and spoken English, and a passion for online marketing. This role offers growth, training, and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing

• Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Responsibilities

• To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
• To help create and implementation of campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.
• Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
