Job summary

TDCX Group is hiring a Digital Marketing/SEM specialist in Singapore to manage and optimize ad campaigns, conduct keyword research, and develop strategic plans. You will generate performance insights and recommendations while tracking budget and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication skills and flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Passionate about sales and online marketing.
• Comfortable with computers and able to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local market language.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns (Ad Copy, bids, CPC, CPA, keyword research).
• Contribute to campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
• Create performance reports with improvement recommendations.
• Track budgets and ensure account integrity.
• Explore automation and new technologies to boost SEM efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support quality objectives.
