Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.
• Passionate about sales and online marketing.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English in addition to the language of the supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertisement campaigns including Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
• Contribute to campaign strategy development including keyword research and analysis.
• Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Track funds in accounts and maintain conversation.
• Implement new technologies and automation capabilities to enhance SEM efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management at TDCX.
