Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist (Security Systems) to support service and maintenance operations for client security systems, including card access, CCTV, and intrusion detection. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with security systems, and basic IT networking skills, with opportunities to grow and take on challenging tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in security systems maintenance or installation.
• Familiarity with Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Detection.
• Basic understanding of IT and networking.
• Willing to learn and take on new technical challenges.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• On 24/7 standby with allowance provided.
• Class 2B and/or Class 3 license preferred for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance on security systems at client sites.
• Assist in troubleshooting security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and alarms.
• Work under supervision to complete tasks.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports for supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with clients during visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all work complies with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Carry out other technical tasks as assigned.
