Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a supervisory role within security.
• Strong understanding of security practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions in emergencies.
• Proficient with security equipment and technology.
• Ability to perform regular patrols and maintain fitness.
• Proven leadership to manage a team.
• Relevant security certifications or training such as WSQ courses.
• CERT Fire emergency in a building is preferred.

About the role

Primo Guards Pte Ltd, a leading security services provider in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in Tuas West Region. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers on site to ensure effective implementation of security protocols and procedures
2. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor the security of the premises and identify any potential risks or issues
3. Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and reports
5. Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and ensure seamless coordination
6. Provide training and guidance to security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
7. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the security industry
2. Strong understanding of security practices, procedures, and regulations
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely decisions in emergency situations
5. Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
6. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform regular patrols
7. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
8. Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., WSQ security courses) are highly desirable
9. preferred if possess CERT Fire emergency in a building.
