Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at the Guard House and respond to incidents promptly. The role involves supervising a team of officers, monitoring CCTV, and maintaining secure access for members and guests.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in a Security Supervisor role, a valid PLRD license, and WSQ/NSRS certifications, with strong leadership and communication abilities. Shift work, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role.
• Possess a valid PLRD Security Supervisor license.
• Hold relevant WSQ/NSRS security certifications.
• Strong leadership and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Guard House.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms, security breaches, and other incidents by conducting investigations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, buildings, and designated areas to prevent and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any security concerns or irregular incidents.
• Manage traffic flow and control access to restricted areas.
• Operate and maintain both automatic and manual parking barriers.
• Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers to ensure effective security operations.
• Monitor and authorize the entry of Club members and their legitimate guests to maintain a secure environment.
• Ensure all security equipment and inventories are properly accounted for and maintained in good working condition.
• Report incidents, emergencies, damages, and any involvement of external authorities to the Executive (Security) and Manager (Facilities).
