Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Team Manager (Camps) to lead service projects island-wide, coordinating planning, execution and delivery with strict timelines and budgets.

You will engage stakeholders, ensure the as-sold solution meets quality standards, and manage project teams with documentation and escalations; a diploma in electronics/communication is required and industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Ensure Manage Service Project planning, executions and completion according to the timeline, cost given by the PMO and Lead
• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Project Team Manager (Camps)

• Salary: Up to $5800

• Location: Island Wide; HQ office at Outram

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm; after working hours depending on project schedule

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field

• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant work experience

• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage

• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred

• Must have own vehicle due to accessibility of work site
