APRO in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive/Manager to lead day-to-day security operations across allocated sites, ensuring quality, compliance and responsive client service.

You will conduct risk assessments, investigations, and training, manage rosters and manpower deployment in line with MOM and PLRD regulations, and assist with recruitment while developing a hands-on, on-ground leadership style.

Qualificações

• WSQ Diploma in Security Management.
• Experience leading security teams across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Class 3 driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations and allocated sites.
• Conduct security and safety risk assessments and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security incidents with thorough documentation and resolutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of security personnel at allocated sites.
• Maintain rosters, attendance, leave and duty schedules.
