Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to be embedded with a major MNC client in Singapore. Reporting to the Southeast Asia Security Manager, you will head a security team of 15–25 officers and ensure the safety of client premises, property and personnel.

You will oversee access and alarm management, incident response, life safety, risk mitigation, training, and performance monitoring across two client sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 5 years of experience in security management or related field.
• Experience in managing security operations and teams in a client environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 shift coverage across two client sites.
• Lead a security team of 15–25 officers and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee access management and alarm response across client sites.
• Coordinate incident management and life safety responses.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Drive training and drills to maintain core security competencies.
• Monitor and improve team performance to meet client requirements.
