Job summary

ALPHAGUARD SECURITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations across all assigned sites.

You will ensure adequate deployment and coverage of security officers and monitor attendance, punctuality and performance. You will conduct regular site inspections and audits, enforce posts, patrols, access control and surveillance procedures, and respond promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations Management: Oversee daily security operations across all assigned sites.
• Client & Site Management: Maintain good working relationships with clients, MCSTs, building management and other stakeholders.
• Security Officer Management: Supervise and motivate Security Officers and Site Supervisors.
• Incident & Emergency Management: Lead the response to security incidents and emergencies.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure operations comply with applicable Singapore security industry requirements.
• Business & Operational Support: Assist management in manpower planning and operational budgeting.
