Responsibilities

• Create and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets within the organization.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarm systems, to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Regularly perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
• Supervise security staff, ensuring appropriate training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high standards of security.
• Act as the primary response team leader for security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and ensuring proper documentation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on security awareness and emergency procedures to promote a culture of safety.
