Job summary

Pinkerton | Comprehensive Risk Management is seeking an Operations Security Manager in Singapore to lead a 15-25 person security team embedded with a major MNC client. The role reports to the Southeast Asia Security Manager and requires ensuring security and safety for client premises, property and personnel.

You will direct 24/7 coverage across two sites, advise on access and alarm management, coordinate incident responses, and drive continuous improvement through training, audits and risk

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least five years of security advisor and risk management / mitigation experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making
• Excellent communication and negotiation
• High level of integrity
• Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Ensure 24/7 shift coverage across 2 sites.
• Deliver Office of Global Security responsibilities at both sites.
• Advise on Access Management and Alarm Management processes.
• Coordinate incident response to security/safety issues for the Stakeholder.
• Oversee risk management, audits, and quality control across SEA operations.
• Lead training and drills to enhance team competency and performance.
