Job summary

GRIFFIN PROTECTION INTEGRATED SECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee security officers and manage day-to-day site operations across multiple client sites.

You will report to the Operations Manager, conduct performance checks, and ensure compliance with company and client regulations. The role includes coordinating manpower, training, and documentation, plus monthly client meetings to review security performance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class 3 license.
• Experience in the security industry is preferred.
• GCE A Levels or diploma alternatives are considered for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Report to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager.
• Take charge of Security Officers and monitor their performance.
• Conduct routine checks on security personnel to ensure adherence to company and client rules.
• Maintain the standard of quality established for each site.
• Ensure manpower development and training.
• Update and maintain file systems and documentation at all job sites.
• Plan and monitor day-to-day manpower schedule and site operations.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing and payments and with HR on wages and staffing via the Operations Manager.
• Submit monthly reports and conduct site checks.
• Conduct weekly site visits (2 times a week) and silent hour spot checks.
• Organize regular security meetings with clients (at least once a month).
