Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or property operations.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification; security certification/licence preferred.
• Experience in incident response, investigations, and reports.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating external vendors.
• Shift work ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations, supervising the team for coverage and service delivery across the property.
• Direct incident response activities, manage escalation and timely reporting.
• Oversee investigations into incidents and prepare reports with corrective recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire safety, and workplace safety regulations.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, access control, patrols, and Fire Command Centre operations.
• Coordinate external security vendors to ensure performance and service continuity.
• Support hotel and property operations with security advisories and safe environment.
• Liaise with Police, Fire Services, and authorities during incidents or audits.
• Assist General Manager with security planning, risk mitigation, and policy implementation.
