Job summary

SXC is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for its Singapore hotel. You will lead the security team on shift, manage patrols, investigations, and daily records to ensure guest safety and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring clocking, conducting safety checks, coordinating trainings, and guiding VIP escorts while upholding hotel security standards and emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma required and minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate security operations.
• Valid PLRD Security License and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and supervise shift teams.
• Conduct patrols, clocking, investigations and maintain records.
• Monitor staff clocking and assist HR on locker checks and passes.
• Coordinate training and retraining for security officers and visitors.
