Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd seeks a Head of Security Operations & Delivery to lead the team and elevate delivery quality in VAPT and SOC work. You will introduce AI-supported approaches, manage client outcomes, and mentor two junior consultants toward specialization in VAPT/red-team or SOC/GRC.

You will partner with leadership on scoping, ensure high standards across client engagements, and play a pivotal role in hiring decisions for growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in pentesting, red teaming or security operations
• 2+ years in technical lead or team-lead capacity
• OSCP/OSCE or equivalent certification, or strong demonstrable experience
• Hands-on web/network/cloud pentesting and SOC/SIEM operations
• Proven use of AI/automation tooling in security engagements
• Translate findings into business risk for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC/managed detection, and risk assessments
• Redesign workflows to include AI-assisted recon, scanning, and alert triage
• Launch and run a subscription-based VAPT offering
• Mentor and develop 2 junior consultants with clear specialization tracks
• Serve as senior technical escalation point and sign-off authority
• Collaborate with Director on scoping calls and credibility in sales
• Make technical hiring decisions for future delivery-team growth
