Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Head of Security Operations & Delivery to lead and elevate our VAPT and SOC engagements from Kaki Bukit.

You will drive end-to-end delivery quality, mentor a growing team of consultants, and introduce AI-supported methods to enhance exploitation logic, risk rating, and client communication. You will oversee scoping, delivery workflows, and client sign-offs, ensuring high standards across all engagements while expanding our continuous security

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in pen testing, red teaming, or security operations.
• At least 2 years in a technical lead or team-lead capacity.
• OSCP/OSCE or equivalent certification or demonstrable experience.
• Hands-on testing across web, network, and cloud environments.
• Experience with SOC/SIEM operations.
• Proven ability to translate technical findings into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical leader for the team and steer delivery quality for engagements.
• Redesign workflows with AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous VAPT offering for clients.
• Mentor two junior consultants with specialization tracks.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point and sign-off authority.
• Collaborate with sales on scoping calls and technical credibility.
