THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Security Operations & Delivery to lead a security delivery team in Singapore. You will drive AI-supported VAPT and SOC engagements, set delivery quality, and mentor two junior consultants toward specialization in VAPT/red-team or SOC/GRC.

You will sign off on findings, collaborate with sales on scoping, and guide technical credibility during client discussions. A strong track record in offensive security and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• You have 6–10 years in pentest/red team or security ops with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Certification (OSCP/OSCE) or demonstrable equivalent experience is required.
• Hands-on across web, network, cloud pentesting and SOC operations.
• Proven use of AI/automation tools in security engagements.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC, and risk engagements from scoping to report sign-off.
• Redesign workflows to incorporate AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning, and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous VAPT offering with a subscription model.
• Mentor 2 junior consultants with clear specialization tracks.
• Act as senior escalation point and sign-off authority for findings.
