Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Security Operations & Delivery in Singapore to lead a team after senior leaders depart, driving delivery improvements and integrating AI-powered VAPT and SOC practices.

You will ensure high-standard project delivery, mentor two junior consultants, and own hiring decisions, collaborating with the Director on scoping and technical credibility during client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Recognized offensive security certification (OSCP/OSCE) or strong demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Hands-on across web/network/cloud penetration testing and SOC/SIEM operations.
• Experience using AI/automation tooling in security engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC/managed detection, and risk assessments from scoping to final report.
• Redesign delivery workflows to incorporate AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning, and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous VAPT offering distinct from point-in-time engagements.
• Mentor two junior consultants with clear specialization tracks (VAPT/red-team or SOC/GRC).
• Act as senior technical escalation point for clients and sign-off all findings.
