THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Security Operations & Delivery to lead a security testing and SOC team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high-quality VAPT and SOC engagements, shaping workflows with AI-assisted tools, and ensuring client projects meet top standards.

The candidate will mentor two junior consultants, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with leadership on business-fit scoping and technical credibility during sales discussions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations.
• At least 2 years in a technical lead or team-lead capacity.
• Recognized offensive security certification (OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent) or strong demonstrable experience.
• Hands-on experience across web/network/cloud penetration testing and SOC/SIEM operations.
• Demonstrated use of AI/automation tooling in security engagements.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical leader for the team and improve delivery methods.
• Introduce AI-supported approaches to VAPT and SOC work.
• Ensure all client projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Develop two junior consultants into specialists (VAPT/red-team or SOC/GRC).
• Act as senior technical escalation point and sign-off authority for findings.
