Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a senior security leader to drive VAPT and SOC engagements with an AI-assisted approach.

You will lead a small team of consultants, improve delivery quality, and own client-facing technical sign-off on findings. With 6–10 years in offensive security and at least 2 years in a technical lead role, you will shape engagement workflows, scoping calls, and hiring decisions to build a stronger security practice.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security operations.
• At least 2 years in a technical lead or team-lead capacity.
• Certification (OSCP/OSCE) or strong demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Hands-on across web/network/cloud pentesting and SOC/SIEM operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery quality for VAPT, SOC/managed detection, and risk assessment engagements.
• Redesign delivery workflows to incorporate AI-assisted reconnaissance, scanning, and alert triage.
• Launch and run a continuous/subscription-based VAPT offering.
• Mentor 2 junior consultants with clear specialization tracks.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for clients and sign-off on findings.
