Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge on CNAPP and containerization; Aquasec
• Knowledge on database security technologies and schemas; Imperva DAM.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms and continuous security monitoring; Tenable VMS
• Fundamental knowledge on IP networking; CCNA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Respond to fault alerts and escalate within SLA until resolution.
• Troubleshooting: Provide support for security solutions and resolve issues within SLA.
• Patch Management: Plan and apply regular updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Service and Change Requests: Respond to inbound CRs, SRs or queries within SLA.
• System Monitoring: Continuously monitor security systems and perform health checks.
• Collaboration: Work with IT and cybersecurity teams to enhance security measures.
• Proactive Measures: Stay current with cybersecurity trends and improve security posture.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards and update documentation.
