Job summary

henderson security services pte. ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations, personnel and site requirements in a physical security environment. The role focuses on managing daily operations, audits, and close collaboration with customers and vendors.

You will lead teams, support emergency planning and drills, review SOPs, and ensure CCTV/EACS systems are effectively monitored in a 24/7 site setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Security, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.
• Experience in physical security or operations environment.
• Data centre / mission-critical experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing audits, third‑party vendors and customers.
• Valid Security Licence and First Aid Certificate, or meet the requirements to obtain them.
• Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; CCTV/EACS experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 24/7 operational environment, where required.
