Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Specialist to oversee local security standards across operations, warehouses and offices in Singapore. You will implement measures, conduct risk assessments, audits and reporting to strengthen the security framework.

The role requires strong experience in security planning and project implementation, plus ability to present to senior stakeholders and coordinate across multiple sites. Diploma/Degree in Security is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Security.
• At least 5 years of experience in Security Planning and Project Implementation.
• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in warehouse / multiple sites security will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the local implementation of security standards in the company on all areas of operational activities including company premises, warehouse activities and office security
• Responsible for follow up activities to ensure successful implementation of security measures through e.g. risk assessments, audits and measures taken
• Carry out written security audits on a regular basis as well as spot checks at irregular intervals
• To make recommendations and submissions of reports to improve and enhance security procedures, measures and systems.
• Conduct regular security checks/internal audits/inspections to ensure that the company's routines for the handling, storage and transportation of goods are complied with security requirements.
