Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is hiring for a cybersecurity and cloud services role in Singapore. You will deliver cybersecurity and cloud technical services to customers, implement and support cloud infrastructure, and build customised demonstrations with POCs/POVs.

You will present solutions, troubleshoot issues, monitor security alerts, and prepare technical reports. The role welcomes candidates with a Diploma in IT/CS/Cybersecurity/Cloud Computing and at least 1 year of relevant

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/CS/Cybersecurity/Cloud computing or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, cloud implementation, technical support or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, firewalls and security monitoring.
• Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity and cloud technical services to new and existing customers.
• Implement, configure, maintain and support cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
• Build customised demonstrations and deliver POCs/POVs to customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution briefings to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud infrastructure, network security and cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts, incidents and potential threats.
• Assist in deployment and configuration of security solutions including firewalls, endpoint security and cloud security solutions.
• Support customers in maintaining security, availability and performance of their cloud environments.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports and service reports where required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, cloud implementation, technical support or related fields
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, firewalls and security monitoring
• Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications will be an advantage
• Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
