Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore's East region seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor and maintain security tools, respond to incidents, and support audits. You will collaborate with IT and vendors to strengthen defenses and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a diploma or degree in CS/CE/IT or related field, with hands-on experience in security domains and relevant certifications being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity domains (endpoint, network, IAM).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity tools, firewalls, antivirus, and IDS/IPS.
• Assist in incident response with first-level troubleshooting and reporting.
• Liaise with vendors for escalation as required.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management.
• Support security audits by collecting logs and reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures.
• Maintain documentation on security procedures and incidents.
• Conduct Proof of Concept.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain security tools, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Incident Response Support: Assist in identifying, investigating, and responding to security incidents, providing first-level troubleshooting and documentation.
• Liaise with technology vendors for escalation where required
• Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management to ensure systems remain secure.
• Security Audits: Support security audits by gathering and preparing necessary logs and reports. Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, network engineers, and other stakeholders to implement security measures and support operational needs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on security procedures, incidents, and the overall state of the cybersecurity environment.
• Conduct Proof of Concept.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in either one of the multiple cyber security domains e.g. (Endpoint protection, Network Security, IAM).
• Certifications such as CompTia Security + , CISSP or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skill and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
