Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations/Cybersecurity professional to provide L1 support around the clock, monitor cyber alerts, and assist in incident response.

The role includes verification testing after patches, vulnerability management, and maintaining security and operations playbooks. You will contribute to risk assessments, reviews, and continuous improvement while collaborating with programme teams on analysis, design, planning, integration, and testing across cloud

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS, CSE, IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT operations or cybersecurity operations with SDLC exposure.
• Experience in IT service delivery and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
• Certifications like ITIL or CISSP are desirable; AI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 operational and user support on a 24/7 roster for cyber alerts and incidents.

• Perform vulnerability management, access reviews, log reviews and risk register management.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness and preparedness exercises.

• Support technical activities including cybersecurity/privacy risks, compliance, inventory, configuration, and change management.
• Provision, install, configure, harden, monitor, and administer cloud infrastructure.

• Support technical activities including cybersecurity/privacy risks, compliance, inventory, configuration, and change management.
• Provision, install, configure, harden, monitor, and administer technical systems and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Operations or Cybersecurity Operations, with exposure to SDLC.
• Experience in IT service delivery and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
• Knowledge/experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps/DevSecOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Windows/Linux, Network/Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, or Systems Integration.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL/CISSP or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Project management knowledge and familiarity with AI are advantageous.
