Standard Chartered seeks an experienced transformation leader to serve as Chief Product Owner for a multi-year FSS Operations Transformation Programme within Corporate and Investment Banking Operations. You will own the FSS Ops Target Operating Model, aligning process, technology, data and organisation design to enable scalable growth and improved client experience.

Competenze

• 15+ years of banking/financial services transformation experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Waterfall projects.
• Experience within Financing & Securities Services (FSS) and operations.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Define FSS Ops product vision, strategy and integrated roadmap.
• Lead Product Owners and translate strategy into epics, features and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk and Finance.
• Drive end-to-end process simplification, automation and data alignment.
