Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or data management.
• Familiarity with securities products (equities, fixed income, custody) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of securities client accounts.
• Review onboarding documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform timely and accurate setup of client and account data in systems.
• Maintain and update client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with Compliance, Front Office, Operations, Technology to facilitate onboarding and data updates.
• Adhere to procedures, controls, and SLAs.
• Track onboarding progress and support reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
