OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Securities Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and data management within our securities operations team. This role ensures timely account setup, accurate client data, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Based in Tampines and 100% on-site, you will collaborate with Compliance, Front Office, Operations and Technology to process onboarding, maintain data quality, and support reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, client onboarding, or data management.
  • Familiarity with securities products (equities, fixed income, custody) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of KYC/AML requirements is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end onboarding of securities client accounts
  • Review and verify onboarding documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Perform timely and accurate setup of client and account data in systems
  • Maintain and update client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Front Office, Operations, Technology) to facilitate onboarding and data updates
  • Adhere to established procedures, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Track onboarding progress and support reporting requirementsContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Securities Operations Analyst to support client onboarding and data management within our securities operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely account setup, accurate client data, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
